...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Likes

Company has presence but no proper branch offices, across various locations. Remunerations are very poor. Employee growth and satisfaction very poor.

Dislikes

Despite of presence across multiple locations Company has no proper branch offices, furniture or staff. Only one 1 or 2 men staff available who works from dealer shops/counters. Employee remunerations are extremely poor. Company make False promises to employees for growth and increments. Company provides no data for working. Working ethics and culture is poor. Six days working.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
