Sometime you should not expect your salary on time untill you get a mail from HR that they don't have funds even to pay employees salary 4.if you're rich you can join ...why cos you don't know when you will get your salary as everyone is working for money if you don't get your salary on time what's the point of working in these types of organisation without a proper funds in company. 5. HR Department is worst ...i think they came from Fake experience and fake qualification....they don't know sympathy...Emphothy... Work process.

Nothing at all to like about COGOS, They r just making money for themselves and emp wellbeing is completely on stake.. Vendor are suffering for payments with no certain credit period... since years failed to get any investment or even to get a buyer to sell this firm... no credibility in market & it just a sinking boat ....

...nder that directly impact and spoil entire credit history and CIBIL of vendors.. During my 01yrs of tenure salary got credited in parts and delayed.. never ever think about to join this ruthless firm if you need peace of mind and your personal life safe as it will destroy you completely.

Managers are friendly and supportive, good work life balance & salary on time always, good opportunity for hard workers. you will get appreciation for good and hard work. Mr. Nishant Shah & Mr. Praveen sir are best managers in company in Gujarat Region so supportive👍👍👍👍

They don't have much business in city in Demand & Supply due to so many suppliers in market in a cheap rate. Competition is very high in market

I like in this company is employee, manajer and zonal manager are very corrupt. Every employee is already vendor zonal manager are very very corrupt and he demanding money every vendor and employee.

Hare culture very bad. You can say zonal manager(sabklp) is falseflase and, corrupt. Every employee is vendor.
