Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

The work is good. Apart from that everything is bad managers are shit.

Please don't join Cogoport. The founders don't know how to run a company. They fired multiple people from Tier 1 MBA colleges after hiring also because they cant pay.

...rm", the invoice is created through manual entry in a form like platform design. - Salary reduction by 15-20% of the mentioned compensation. No appraisal, revised CTC letter comes with reduced salary. - No full and final settlements of the past employees; they have trimmed around 800 people in last one year. - CEO himself gives rating by seeing names of an employee; if the reporting manager asks for increment for his/her sub-ordinate; it is adjusted from the manager's compensation. This is not the end, this is just a gist.

Nothing to like, don't come to cogoport, they will ruin your career.

Dislikes

...umans. They will hire you and fire you whenever they want without proper reason. They don't even pay salaries on time and some times you won't even get full salaries.

What I most liked and loved about Cogoport was leaving COGOPORT.

Dislikes

Salary never on time , there is no notice period they will kick you out whenever they feel , they can say company dnt have many to pay so you have to leave, company is facing issue targets not matched , the service they give to client is worst the client never returns you can ask their clients itself they have bad reputation in market . You will never get the role they hired you for, also some people where newly hired by them and within 2 months they made them leave by saying you didn't match our expectations their CEO Amitabh shankar is ont worst with bad mouth he dnt care whether employees are happy or not
