What I most liked and loved about Cogoport was leaving COGOPORT.

Salary never on time , there is no notice period they will kick you out whenever they feel , they can say company dnt have many to pay so you have to leave, company is facing issue targets not matched , the service they give to client is worst the client never returns you can ask their clients itself they have bad reputation in market . You will never get the role they hired you for, also some people where newly hired by them and within 2 months they made them leave by saying you didn't match our expectations their CEO Amitabh shankar is ont worst with bad mouth he dnt care whether employees are happy or not

1. They don’t provide salary on time. 2. There is no learning or skill development program. 3. They kick employee out with out any warning. 4. They don’t have any growth structure based on employee performance. 5. They don’t have any job security.

They give you decent salary and will take a few sessions on their work so you can learn a little.

No morales, no job security, micromanaging, unstable backbone of company, impulsive management, prison like behaviour in office.

Unfortunately there is not a single thing I liked about this company. I really hope there could be anything that I can say good things about but there are none.

...sible to get anything done efficiently. Benefits and compensation are laughable. I've seen better pay and perks at fast-food restaurants. It's insulting to see the company's executives living lavishly while the rest of us struggle to make ends meet. Worst of all, there's no room for growth or development. The company seems content to keep employees stuck in dead-end positions with no opportunities for advancement. It's demoralizing and disheartening. In summary, this company is a sinking ship, and I'm jumping off before it drags me down any further. It's a soul-sucking, demoralizing place to work, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
