...ance for any roles 4. Bulk hiring and bulk firing is a common practice there. 5. Salary never on time. (Sometimes 20days delay) 6. They put the salary on hold if they think you will leave the company soon, so they don't give you salary and when you leave they don't have to give you fnf. 7. Hire from IIT and IIMs and ruin their careers by firing after 1months (they say you aren't fit for the company to all 200 employees) 8. They want results in 1 month without training. 9. No proper channels to complain for anything. HRs are just puppet for the upper management. 10. They will stop giving you work without any reason and fire you without any prior notice. I will suggest everyone not to join this place.

What I most liked and loved about Cogoport was leaving COGOPORT.

Salary never on time , there is no notice period they will kick you out whenever they feel , they can say company dnt have many to pay so you have to leave, company is facing issue targets not matched , the service they give to client is worst the client never returns you can ask their clients itself they have bad reputation in market . You will never get the role they hired you for, also some people where newly hired by them and within 2 months they made them leave by saying you didn't match our expectations their CEO Amitabh shankar is ont worst with bad mouth he dnt care whether employees are happy or not

Seniors were Good. You will get good projects (which you can get in any product based company)

Dislikes

No work life balance. No policy followed. They will cut your salary each and every month and also don't give it on time. They can fire you anytime.
