Pathetic work culture no growth no salary hike but constant salary deductions. Firing people is nothing for them it will happen every month, salary will release in mid of the month.

Unfortunately there is not a single thing I liked about this company. I really hope there could be anything that I can say good things about but there are none.

...sible to get anything done efficiently. Benefits and compensation are laughable. I've seen better pay and perks at fast-food restaurants. It's insulting to see the company's executives living lavishly while the rest of us struggle to make ends meet. Worst of all, there's no room for growth or development. The company seems content to keep employees stuck in dead-end positions with no opportunities for advancement. It's demoralizing and disheartening. In summary, this company is a sinking ship, and I'm jumping off before it drags me down any further. It's a soul-sucking, demoralizing place to work, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

... a myth here. Do not work here, even if they promise unbelievably good packages. They never pay the said amount, and almost never on time.

There is no job security, they are making own rule, not satisfied with salary. My Jan month salary is not credit till now. They were told us your team entry had been band in our office without any pre information also hold salary of multiple employees
