The best thing about this company is the Flexibility & Work & Personal life Balance. There is no hard and fast rule for timely punch-in & out.

Office Politics, Boss is always right is what is prevailing in the company. Only a handful genuine employees are left. No appreciation of the work, no rewards or recognition. And if you are looking for promotions don't join this company. If you have YES BOSS in your nature go for this one. You can succeed. With the top management being ignorant about the performing employees, the company do not hold good future for them.
