The best thing about this company is the Flexibility & Work & Personal life Balance. There is no hard and fast rule for timely punch-in & out.

Office Politics, Boss is always right is what is prevailing in the company. Only a handful genuine employees are left. No appreciation of the work, no rewards or recognition.
