It's all about self learning as company is not able to refund adequate amount of your efforts as both form such as monetary or non-monetary. No one is able to support skills and knowledge everything is dependent over your own efforts and ability. Management doesn't have any prior information about their job position category too. Thus it's never been a good to spend precious time in Cognus as it's all about feeling guilty that you took some time for a company that is not even able to either retain or promote knowledge.

...u have any demand regarding your work they have simple answer that is do resign. Do join if you are able to work continuously without asking any questions because if you did they clear cut said to resign regardless of how many time you have spend it is either 2,3,4,5 years no one worked to retain anyone.

Only salary is provided on time but very less.

Dislikes

Managers of the company are worthless. They can also take work from their employees even if the person is in ICU. They think about their work not the health of their employees. No perks and no rewards only threats of termination. No value of an employee, not any appreciation for good work but they scold you for small mistakes. They only target freshers from whom they can take advantage like 5000 words on a stupid file in one day. They make person fool and take advantage of their unemployment.

Type of work was interesting and challenging as well.

Dislikes

Mismanagement of HR, deducting salary was unjustifiable and also was not resolved. It's better to leave without serving any notice period here because while following the resignation process they might deduct your almost 80% salary without any information or any reason.

The only thing which is good about this company is that it is located in proper city with very warm and cool environment

Dislikes

In my opinion the allocation of salary is not according to the qualifications of a candidate because they are offering better packages to the undergraduates. Secondly they are not considering the skills of an employee but they only focusing on their manpower and business development. The most important thing was that they are not paying for extra working hours.

Some people were polite as they knew it to use it for their advantage and allot extra work at any hour.

I was hired without an appointment letter stating my salary. Upon persistent request they mailed a letter post 17 days with less than half of the agreed pay. On raising the concern, HR connected me to an unprofessional person who failed to mention his credentials and agreed upon a slightly higher pay with more amount of work than everyone else. They immediately made it evident that the HR who hired me got fired too and the stated pay was not their concern anymore. Despite this, I was still underpaid as they continually claimed that I had been on leave or it was their holiday. Since hiring in peak season and firing at low season is the known pattern of this company, all thanks to honest reviews from past employees, I waited for my own termination too. Be extremely careful when you choose to work with them and please have a backup plan in handy as they expect 24/7 availability- even made me work on National holidays with no acknowledgement or pay.
