Company provides a feasible work conditions. Employees are able to work 24*7. Work from home facility is available. It is a freelancing job you may get better option outside regarding the same job if you take projects from out sources. Not a career oriented job place. May join to earn fir few months.

Managers of the company are worthless. They can also take work from their employees even if the person is in ICU. They think about their work not the health of their employees.
