salary = peanut, we always need to call shekhar for salary but he said kaam kya kiya last month salary mangne aah jatte ho target karna nahi, aah jaye gi salary bhi. so many time i thought to raise a complain on my linkedin handle but Shubham Sir stop and try to resolve the issue at own ground. but he is also like mid man. shekhar always said dont share any matter with shubham or any one use kuch kaam hotta nahi aur jo kaam kartte haine unse baat nahi karni. poor Management, my salary was not yet credited, we talk to shubham sir then he toldme that he is also suffer from the same concern that he is not getting the salary for two month and they kicked him out without prior notice. In short, don't join this organization, they are very mean. and company financial condition is worst. even they are unable to pay for stationery, khud soch lo join karne se pehle.

I didn't like anything in n cognoticai. They don't have any plan for recruitment & even they don't have any structured Work Environment.

It is a worst place to work because their is no job security. They gives a tough target and then fires the employee after 1 month. They only wants the person who can complete the target. And beleive me, complete this target will ruin your work life balance. You will only think about completing the daily target of 8 submissions and nothing else. They will not see the hardwork of any person they only focus on result, otherwise they will fire you. Zero Job security.

Dislikes

Zero job security, they keep on firing employees every month that's why they have new vacancies every month. No work life balance. They arr not providing system also to everyone. You have to use your laptops for work. The good reviews are also put by employees forcefully. They were asked to put the good reviews, so don't believe that. Just think wisely that why the attrition rate is so high. Why is the 90 percent staff new. Because they keep on firing the employees and most of the employees left the organisation to live their life without this CVs and joinings pressure. Think wisely before you come here or you will waste your 1 month as you will be fired or you will leave the organisation yourself.

Likes

A wholesome work Environment. The higher management is at hand whenever an issue arises professional or personal. Hard work is rewarded appropriately and the company focuses on learning and growth as well. A good place to work.

Dislikes

Not much. A little more focus on induction training perhaps would be my only suggestion
