...he organisation enjoying the perks. Most junior people are protected the most. Another positive is everyone gets the same percentage of salary hike as per the Rating.

Dislikes

Promotions are restricted to Kolkata or Chennai people mainly, other city people have less preference as the seniors sit there. Same while giving important projects. I was told by another existing person when I joined but after 3 yrs, realising the same unfortunately. Politics is v v high. They just want to meet the numbers, even if you manipulate or twist things, it's ok as there are no reviews. They just want to tick the boxes for the heck of it. Also, very old people..like dead wood not having visibility and understanding of what to do and get done. No industry scenario as they are frogs in a well. No one from non-Kolkata join here as it would be no learnings and no progression, no work scenarios here.

Very nice company, every company or person has good and bd things but if we compare overall it's much better than many

Only salary package little low compare to others but except that everything is good enough

The company has started working on AI and Automation, Onsite is dependent on the project and client location.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the Work pressure is high, Sometimes, I have to work 12-13 hours straight in a day. On-Job training needs an improvement.

On-site opportunity was good with exposure to roles as expected on most of the times

Dislikes

HR team is overpowered unfortunately & they play around a lot with your compensation especially when you return from on-site to offshore. Compensation & promotions system is too biased

Ample of learning opportunities if you are willing to take it. Good work life balance in general. Good culture. Leadership if open to hearing employees issues and support them as possible.

Dislikes

Salary is lower compared to other firms.
