Design culture is good and is only limited to the Design department. In the age of digital transformation, they are yet to adapt the Design Thinking mindset organization wide.

Dislikes

Pay is horrible and old employees are exploited with extremely low pay, No work-life balance, policies are worst, and Review and feedback mechanism is just for the sake of it and adds no value. Ratings are predecided irrespective of performance. I guess the Rating system is flawed in the majority of companies and should be discarded.

Studio culture and the environment are the most interesting aspects.

They tagged me under wrong designation and because of that I got low salary. For my experience I need to be in A while I am entering but still I am in PA now because of HR mistakes

Good I like that there are good projects available. If you get that great you will get experience and knowledge.

1. Salary and hikes are low. 2. Poor employee welfare activities, once a year they take you out for team lunch. If you missed then nothing, no gifts, abs nothing, saving so much money but gives back nothing.

... hrs shifts and with cab travel, it's 14 hrs shift. Rapid hire and fire company. You get no compensation and have 30 days to find a new job.
