not much , company want to increase compensation for joining degree students, around 16-17k in hand salary starting for degree students will be good ..overall its good company ,the place we learn,earn,enjoy

...r work. Because Cognizant freshers have a better workplace than other companies. You also get a good salary, according to TCS, a learning platform is available from where a lot of skill development can be done.

Good work culture. Good seniors and colleagues who support and guide us. Cognizant has good values and has concern about our mental and physical health.

The fresher salary could be better when they come from bachelor's degree.

Cognizant have it's own great culture, where you'll be treated equal to all the team members and in my case I got aa great team where all are very supportive and encourage you to learn and to balance your work and personal life

...e work with all the team mates with less salary based your degree/qualification. There is a much difference in compensation based on the qualifications, but the work you do is same🤷🏻‍♂️

It is one of the top MNCs in IT industry . It's a good organization and take care of its employees . Company policies are good and gives enough opportunities to learn.

...s from the CTC and call it is as bonus that will not be paid to the employees . And they also deduct so much money from salary in name of PF and so on that will not repayable to the employees.
