As of I'm concerned, I feel like not much of work pressure. And good batch mates as well as good team mates which made me feel more comfortable.

Dislikes

The first thing is the salary. Even though the science grads as well as the B.E grads are doing the same work, the science grads are not even getting half of what the B.E grads are getting.

Work environment is excellent. The company policies are good. I had the best team mates who were always ready to help me and I learned so much there.

Dislikes

The pay for Test Professionals were literally 1/3rd of what the PAT’s would get. We did the same job as them and we were underpaid. Wish this would change.

As working here is quite good when your manager is cooperative. Though In previous two years work and manager both was good no complaints for them and i worked from home till now and everyone was cool.

Dislikes

Now during current project my so called manager is psycho. Here in cognizant manager also do coding but he is like only I have to do everything and he just wants credit for it. Even to other squads he is like only he is doing work. He oftenly insulted me and two other team mates. I talked with my home manager but no benefit. Only you have to suffer in that scenario.

1. salary do not have varaibale component. 2. Co-workers are good.

1. Low job security 2. Forcing people to work from office(ODC) 3. Mostly support projects 4. Very low transparency with poor management 5. Work satisfaction is very average

Likes

CTS provides a good work life balance and decent salary. All other things depends on the type of project which you got.

Dislikes

As a fresher you will be getting support projects , so be aware before choosing any project.
