Having said, fast growth & autonomy Which had helped them to enter the race of being the Fortune 500, also remain/ is going to be a strong reason for their failure.They have missed to take a note/ control over their culture, one will not be able to find any respect for people, inclusivity, fairness in assessment,trust in the organisation. Mostly would be such an experience, Line manager is God! If you are lucky you can enjoy a stressless, money minting job!

Nothing, meets zero expectations. Made work like hell even during my maternity journey 24 hrs and with pretty worst monetary benefit. There was no work life balance and also I was forced to resign with no other option saying you cannot continue with your old role or team a month back when I was just about to join after ML.

Dislikes

Poor work-life balance, no salary hike, no benefits, no proper ratings, general shift has no timings it is round the clock.

Hi everyone, I have 3.6 years of IT experience and currently work at a service-based company in Pune. My current CTC is 14 LPA (13.5 LPA fixed).
