This is the first company of my career where i started my first job iam so happy to woork with the company like cognizant the work culture and the process experience has made me a better person where i gained new skills and increased my knowledge, so i just love cognizant

To be honest everything is very perfect like work process and the culture. and if i dislike something here is the compensation is not what we expect and the growth is slow.

Terrible pay and no increment. Efforts are not recognised though you work hard and go extra mile. Performance Ratings are biased and they give least rating to targeted people ignoring our efforts and commitment

They paid salary on time and if we use our own Wi-Fi for the work aur Team lead are SME least bother to claim for the bills and they delay it i am not talking about all project some godi projects rest you may understand thanks.

Like godi mediya there should not be a godi team which all are like one side for there benefits it's bitter but truth .

Long term projects but mainly support projects. Flexible work timings On time salary and some increment every year Scope to show case your skills

There’s no job satisfaction or personal growth. Enough toxic people up there in the management. So don’t expect any support. It’s all about billing. Also you need to complete a ton of courses and most of them are irrelevant or obsolete, so it just eat your valuable time. Most of the time we have to spend our personal time to do all these since there will be project deadlines.
