... and respective managers are very regionalized and play the game of nepotism. Cognizant does make enough money they don't pay enough, and cycle of nepotism go around and only gives to manager's pets and not the hard working.

As of now, my project. Which allows remote option, but you never know what the future will hold

The increment. Compensation. Management. Promotion "hike". Organizations structure. If you're not in aa technical team like QA or operations, folks like in content & marketing teams don't actually know what their core proposition is, or what their vertical actually does within cognizant

...ve company, in tough time like pandemic it has taken care of its employees well. Further when other companies are busy in cutting the pay level. Cognizant came up with innovative scheme of increasing the working hours by an hour. Win win for both employee and Cognizant.

Lack of professionalism at lower level management.

Ample of learning opportunities if you are willing to take it. Good work life balance in general. Good culture. Leadership if open to hearing employees issues and support them as possible.

Salary is lower compared to other firms.

Nothing to like.. only thing is atleast you will get your salary on time

Everything… Salary, company culture , appraisal nothing is there… do not even provide relocation charges for company initiated relocations!!! One of the worst place to work
