... to work on and learn. There also have good training programs from time to time. Salary wise I found it to be a little average but they would provide some opportunity to move abroad after spending some time in Cognizant. The career growth was average but not bad.

Salary was average. Also there was a little lack innovation. At times a rigid system. I didn't like HR, they hardly seem to ever address the concerns of employees, had very bad policy of employee retention , let many good employees go easily.

As working here is quite good when your manager is cooperative. Though In previous two years work and manager both was good no complaints for them and i worked from home till now and everyone was cool.

Dislikes

Now during current project my so called manager is psycho. Here in cognizant manager also do coding but he is like only I have to do everything and he just wants credit for it. Even to other squads he is like only he is doing work. He oftenly insulted me and two other team mates. I talked with my home manager but no benefit. Only you have to suffer in that scenario.

1. Low job security 2. Forcing people to work from office(ODC) 3. Mostly support projects 4. Very low transparency with poor management 5. Work satisfaction is very average

CTS provides a good work life balance and decent salary. All other things depends on the type of project which you got.

As a fresher you will be getting support projects , so be aware before choosing any project.

Cognizant has its challenges as a workplace. While there are learning opportunities, the work environment and work-life balance heavily depend on the project, which can make the experience unpredictable. Overall, it’s not the most rewarding place to work.

Dislikes

The salary is low, promotions take forever, and the work culture isn’t great. It really depends on the project, but overall, it’s not the best experience.
