Salary, hike is also not much. being a programmer I am working same as my colleagues who are PA but I am getting paid very less compared to them.

Low salary hike Delay in promotion No work life balance 3days mandatory WFO. if you not follow, it will affects your promotion Did not get paid for over time

1. Carrer growth🤧 2. Salary hikes ( 4 percent for 5 ⭐ 😮‍💨) 3. Less projects for freshers. Most of the freshers will be on bench or be non billable without work for more than 1.5 years. Then force them to give up if they are still not billable😴. 4. Relocation: This is one the worst thing in the company, If you are working in your desired city it's good. But, most of the times you may have ODC in your city but still they call you/force you to relocate to CHENNAI otherwise you should put the papers, which is one of the worst cities in India to live with respect to language, weather, food, pgs/flats availability, which is subjected to cyclones every year and you will struck in the middle.

There skill development programs will be very good. Salary comes on time no delays.

Continuous hiring Long bench for freshers They will torture us to a point that we just want to resign. Work life balance is a joke.

Nothing much, it's average service type company with decent salary. But leaves are good. 30 leaves per year in a service company is really commendable.

Dislikes

1. They hire based on prospective projects, and often the projects don't land. And then they have very limited time on bench, hence job security is an issue. 2. Work from office schedule is very strict, there should be some flexibility. 3. No proper employee benefits such as outings or lunches or parties, all they care about is billing. 4. Little too much of micro-management
