My manager helped me in getting my notice period from 90 days to 30 days while I was leaving the company...so I guess that helped.

Dislikes

1. This is the worst company to work for right now. All projects are mediocre garbage. 2. Avoid this company at all costs. 3. If you even have a little bit of confidence and perseverance in yourself, then wait for another job. "You shouldn't drink poison even if you are thirsty". So, just hold on a little longer and get a better job.

Salary comes on time. Leaves also gets approved easily.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No projects in company so they silently fires. Not so good culture. Not so get promotion(1-5%hike only) or no benefits (whole year). Not that much bonus yearly.

No hike, no job security, no skill development, no easy transportation.even if you learn new technologies they will ask for experience and make you work in technology which you already know.if you do "jing jack" you will get everything else you will be cornered and make you to think resigning is best than staying there

Good I like that there are good projects available. If you get that great you will get experience and knowledge.

Dislikes

1. Salary and hikes are low. 2. Poor employee welfare activities, once a year they take you out for team lunch. If you missed then nothing, no gifts, abs nothing, saving so much money but gives back nothing.

... hrs shifts and with cab travel, it's 14 hrs shift. Rapid hire and fire company. You get no compensation and have 30 days to find a new job.
