...So we have to balance that. Terrible part is that there won't be any induction. I have been relieved from my services more than two months back and till now they didnot pay my full and final settlement. Post induction one of the hr (Lakshmi) told there will be leave encashment and now no one is least bothered to pay an ex-employee who rightfully has to receive the balance payment for services. The hr team will bluff you for many things and cheat finally so that they won't pay anything. I personally have almost didnot receive 25k which now they are making an ex-employee go round and round to avoid paying them. Pro-brand name Cons:cheats employees heavily ,no induction, no help or support from hr while in service &post services

Salary, benefits, appraisals, recognition is non existent. Plus there's a lot of politics here, so much that you'll wanna rip your hair off

...rk using Teams, it would be more efficient to allow employees to work from home. With such less salary and hikes it is impossible for one to work here.

Manager hierarchy. Ratings will be given by home manager. He will never know about my performance because he will be working for some other project. Still they give ratings based on some comments without knowing actual performance

Work load is usually not very heavy, they provide great platforms to learn like free udemy access and cognizant internal certifications.

Dislikes

Does not pay as per the current market standards, your work will not be recognized, promotion and appraisal structures are very bad. Lot of office politics.
