...ke 3000 rs for this job Even he is still in QC as a worker in myntra bilaspur. Salary is only 9K+ Yes there is incetives but not worthy. Honestly the experience was worst. Still they give so much pressure for target. I work for 10 days bcoz they gave so much pressure on work. So i left the job. Our vendor was Team HR, they still didn't pay for my 10-12 days service. They were saying that if any1 leaves the job amount will credit in 45 days. Now no one is picking my phone call from team hr. As a customer myntra is a best brand no doubt. But As worker nothing is good in myntra. Labours ki tarah kaam karwate hain. Ab to 60 din waale hain ab to koi baat bhi nhi krta team hr se. Aur wo iqbal 3000 rs bhi le liya free ki job k liye. - Initial Salary is good but appraisals not upto market standards. - Promotions are very biased and based on politics at least in my departments. - Do not join Cloud Platform Engineering, other departments(SF and SCM) are still better regarding promotions and appraisals. - No proper planning and repetitive work in CPE.

Worst Salary. No Appraisals/growth. No weekends off. You will be judged basis weekends tasks as well. They will target you like anything. Politics at its best. Worst Charters to work Customer Team, Planning, Revenue and Growth. Only Manual tasks, Highly ops heavy. No growth Mindset. Bad days of myntra with current management.

There is no Job security, all of a sudden they have laid off n number of people without any compensation or prior notice. Please do not spoil your career by joining them, there is no growth. There is no work life balance.

Product team's culture - top management in product team has no clarity. People who have 0 PM experience sit as VP and director and waste other's time in unimportant things. Very high attrition due to this in Product team
