For US shift based projects cab facility is available which is very important.

Dislikes

...e salary is below market value. Never given the committed night shift allowance. Asks for full shift on weekends with no 6th day pay as shown in the policies.

Nobody help, so you have to do everything on your own. campus is beautiful.

...ebration of birthday and cultural day. Management interfere in personal matters. Team lead and manager says that will pay if we work extra time but we cant trust them because they fool us. No any team lead and manager are on same page.
