Good company for a mediocre to break with. Will train you in a good technology while giving the fixed salary amount for the Programmer Analyst Trainee.

Dislikes

Training period is too long, you will not get any project in 8-9 months, in some cases more than a year, but is a good company to start your career if you are a very basic developer.

There is a lot of learning opportunities and in career growth.Work culture is also good on basis of my experience.

Overall experience is good except with the compensation and benefits they are providing us not upto that level

...es more and more No work life balance - more than 12 hrs of work in most cases They do not pay your earned leave balance upon separation, also notice period is as per HR whims and fancies which can be reduced significantly. You always face termination threats from manager.

For beginners, compensation and benefits would be unsatisfactory. WLB and culture completely depends on the people and project.
