Managers making work culture very toxic.They don't pay any heed to employees concerns.when you try talk in logical manner they will threaten you.Lot of partiality

learning was good there ,skill development programs are good , doesn't have to wait much for the project

compensation is not much good .the work life balance is not good. Sometimes, I work for 12 hours a day

It's a great company but it'll be unfortunate if one gets into a bad project team.

...cording to company policy fresher can't get release from a project on their own. Even after my bike accident and ligament tear I wasn't given WFH rather I was kept on leave without pay for more than a month. Even now after ligament repair surgery managers are forcing to take leaves without pay.

Nothing is there to like about. I just worked there to feed my family nothing more than that.

...HRs are non cooperative and disrespectful. They do not listen to your problems. Their salary is not also so good as per market

Work-life balance salary on time Leaves Trainings are good Managers may vary, mostly are really helpful and good.

Working hours depend on the client location for some team members.(like UK shift i.e 12pm to 10pm IST) they place in a dummy project so that we can see how a project team works and how to handle clients. too much formality some clients do micro management. they dont give any goodies.
