I like to work where I can learn new skills.In cognizant i m able to learn new skills.

It doesn't hike salary.All companies hike for 6 months and give bonus to the employees...if this will do same as other companies it would become no 1 bcoz if you care for employees...employees will do more work and company is in 1 st position

...ork is over in 5-6 hours.. They even ask us to work on Saturday and Sunday too.. the salary is average..

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Knew the right step to take before corona outbreak in India

Salary is not decent as some city have higher expense to live and work.

Not a good place to grow your career and recognition is far less in terms of compensation and benefits.

The work place is good with a lot of politics and your monetary benefits growth will be slow when compared to your knowledge

I feel that my supervisor/manager is not cooperative. No regular meetings with Project head, Manager. Discouraging environment for PATs like me. Probation is extended unnecessarily and not able to move to other companies without confirmation. Not sure about others but heard many complaints from fellow batchmates and staffs.
