...cent pakage, company is great for cultural, yes favouritism is there as usual, You can't work for long time because of cost cutting they're hire fresher and retain only few tenure associated who will get promoted next, menas everyone have to move on after sometime. And depending on the project. For corporate you can more but there you will not get too much exposure.

Proper learning n development, Leave policies, nsa amount should be more.

...fits we can't see here more . If we join as Freshers really it won't be correct. For freshers who is starting there career here Won't have salary like others who is joining from outside. For example SPE joining from outside with 2 yrs experience will have more salary ... Freshers who joined and started career here going with 2 yrs experience as a SPE will get less salary. I think this is not correct . They should give preference to there employees first .

... can expect and promotion bonus is not to viewable in terms of change in salary. U will be disappointed when u will see pay grade n hike

You'll go school everyday and work for 10hr but your salary will credited for 9hr, high level of micromanagement, you are notified supposed to take leave irrespective of any scenario (Parental leave or even your own family died) they'll convince you to take leave for 2-5days only. Everyday there will be special warning session with management for 1 hrs with whole floor (e.g, if you are not meeting up the target you'll be sacked, etc etc)

Benefits and salary is good. But if you are fresher then you will not get the salary as good for living

First they hire with wrong information and ones you get hired then they will let you know in which process they are dealing with. Second thing the notice period they will ask to serve 3 month of notice period.
