If you're ready to work 7 days in week and ready to 12 hours in a day, you will get appreciation and good rating as well. Otherwise every monthly connect with your team lead, they will give you advice please work harder as like your colleagues are doing.

Low compensation, target based job.,partiality by TL, target pressure.may be cognizant is good company for those who are working in IT sector, but cognizant Bpo is really bad. There is always conflict between employees to complete the daily target. If your relationship with Team is not good your hard work will go in vein.

For US shift based projects cab facility is available which is very important.

...e salary is below market value. Never given the committed night shift allowance. Asks for full shift on weekends with no 6th day pay as shown in the policies.
