...llable resource. Even if you move from operations to support team, this happens. My 1 lac 56 thousand salary got decreased on annual basis and they said you will not be getting it as you are now non billable. Even they change salary components also which I was getting for first 3.5 years here. The appraisals are also very minimal if you are in support team. Considering all these, I have decided not to continue here and move for better compensation at least what I deserve.

As a fresher you get to learn lot of things which will help you in future aspects. Pick up and drop facility is good.

Poor salary structure and work pressure (Project basis). Promotion get delayed almost every time

The only advantage is with cognizant is Work From Home .

i have very terrible experience with cognizant 1. when i attended the interview HR is okay with my salary expectation, but when i comes to reality i got very very less , when i asked about it HR just replied that THE ANNUAL CTC IS INCLUDED WITH ALL Incentives. 2.No proper training is provided , and expected us to compete with other company like accenture 3.No proper shift timings , they can change when ever they wanted to. 4.No team work 5.No SME to the team 6.and now they are saying that project is going to be End and because of that they are releasing the candidates 7. i literally feel like i was used and thrown away 8. These is no proper management to respond to there issues

For US shift based projects cab facility is available which is very important.

...e salary is below market value. Never given the committed night shift allowance. Asks for full shift on weekends with no 6th day pay as shown in the policies.
