Work culture is good and job security is also fine for low grade positions

Dislikes

No respect for the employees who working years for cognizant ..no salary hike or promotion for them .... new joiners salary is far better than that. Management not even worry about the issues raised against the salary.

Nothing except the fact that salary comes in time.

Everything. Huge pressure, no work life balance, they will treat you worse than dogs. Everything is wfh so no break. Eat, sleep, repeat with your laptop on
