There’s no job satisfaction or personal growth. Enough toxic people up there in the management. So don’t expect any support. It’s all about billing. Also you need to complete a ton of courses and most of them are irrelevant or obsolete, so it just eat your valuable time. Most of the time we have to spend our personal time to do all these since there will be project deadlines.

There are lot of opportunities to grow if you would like to go for overseas assignment. work life balance is also better in offshore and onshore.

...the job security is worst .This attitude they started from last couple of years. if you are in bench HR would call you and they will tell we will give you so and so package and literally they are forcing to resign.

Good opportunity for skill development. Job security was there but depends. Work culture is good. Company policies are good. There is a huge cafeteria and options for games and sports. Flexible working hours.

I felt politics and also management is not transparent. Salary is not decent and career growth is slow.

No likes Should never join this company as fresher You cannot trust this company , i was layed off during covid when I needed that job most and at that time i was getting only 25k, still they did this

Lay offs Less salary No projects mostly on bench period You can bot trust this company they can fire u anytime without notice period with small sum as compensation and when i was there , there were no projects they hired many freshers and mostly were on bench

As working here is quite good when your manager is cooperative. Though In previous two years work and manager both was good no complaints for them and i worked from home till now and everyone was cool.

Now during current project my so called manager is psycho. Here in cognizant manager also do coding but he is like only I have to do everything and he just wants credit for it. Even to other squads he is like only he is doing work. He oftenly insulted me and two other team mates. I talked with my home manager but no benefit. Only you have to suffer in that scenario.
