It is very good to work here...I got lucky a good domain that is AI and analytics..seniors are helpful and awesome training lots of learning here

It's platform where they take test ..it is very undeveloped ...some managers annoying and not helpful also monthly salary is pretty low ...but since they gave work from home so it is enough for me ..

Good I like that there are good projects available. If you get that great you will get experience and knowledge.

Dislikes

1. Salary and hikes are low. 2. Poor employee welfare activities, once a year they take you out for team lunch. If you missed then nothing, no gifts, abs nothing, saving so much money but gives back nothing.

... HRs will contact employee and putting pressure on employe to forcefully resign. But they give 5 months full salary for the employees. After resignation

...ds for this company is very poor. I will never recommend this company to anyone. There is politics in everything such as promotion, salary hike , Ratings etc.

Stability is good. Though in the ongoing global recession, many of my co-workers had to leave projects because of project ramp down and did not get any other projects. Instead of recruiting employees from bench in other projects they are hiring more from people outside.

Dislikes

Appraisal is bad. So joining with low salary does not help much in the long run, better to switch.
