On time salary paying.. Part from that nothing I seen in good. Even Manager won't feel secure and always trying to show smart to management. Management think, 15 people work can be done by four people and manage 24/7 with oncall. No place to put our views. If you are saying which you don't like better to find new job again. If you go on bench, it going to be very terrible experience, u think we you born. Please rethink before joining.

No job security. Feel like you are a donkey and put all the load. Five person work expecting to complete by one person. No HR.. only manager decisions. If in case you are not good with manager then it gone case.

Salary hike during hiring is good.

Work life balance is not there. For some project you will need to work 13 to 14 hours a day. Management push you to work on a project which does not match with your skill with aggressive deadline. Project alignment process is terrible.

As working here is quite good when your manager is cooperative. Though In previous two years work and manager both was good no complaints for them and i worked from home till now and everyone was cool.

Now during current project my so called manager is psycho. Here in cognizant manager also do coding but he is like only I have to do everything and he just wants credit for it. Even to other squads he is like only he is doing work. He oftenly insulted me and two other team mates. I talked with my home manager but no benefit. Only you have to suffer in that scenario.

Despite the fact that cognizant is not directly involved, the management team is the worst because I had a bad rating once and spoke with my HR about it. She said that it was illogical to claim to be able to speak Hindi, and they do not care about employees. While some employees are excellent, favoritism is a non-issue in the Kolkata office. I will not receive any better senior support that would help me start from scratch.

...a result, you will be highly appreciated with a very bad rating and feedback. 5. salary is very low and there is no hike or promotion if you are not favourite candidate of your manager
