Job security is ok, growth is also ok but compensation wise it is same as any MNC service Based companies.

Dislikes

Onsite Opportunity is limited, onsite might be a drawback morever if you work for more than 5years yours salary would 50% lesser than market value, and if you work for 10 years your salary would be 60-70% lesser than the market value.

Likes

Ample of learning opportunities if you are willing to take it. Good work life balance in general. Good culture. Leadership if open to hearing employees issues and support them as possible.

Salary is lower compared to other firms.

...ry pro Tamilian culture. if you are tamil then you get 1st chance for promotion. Salary structure not upto the mark like another MNC, So you can't save more tax

Nothing much, it's average service type company with decent salary. But leaves are good. 30 leaves per year in a service company is really commendable.

Dislikes

1. They hire based on prospective projects, and often the projects don't land. And then they have very limited time on bench, hence job security is an issue. 2. Work from office schedule is very strict, there should be some flexibility. 3. No proper employee benefits such as outings or lunches or parties, all they care about is billing. 4. Little too much of micro-management

My team is really nice, and it's not the case with all the other teams.

Dislikes

Salary, benefits, appraisals, recognition is non existent. Plus there's a lot of politics here, so much that you'll wanna rip your hair off
