I liked the work life balance ans surprise hikes sometimes despite the pandemic.

... above said reasons which made me to start looking for best opportunity outside. The compensation i was getting is very low compared to my friends of other organisations . This is also one of the reasons i quit job here

Good I like that there are good projects available. If you get that great you will get experience and knowledge.

Dislikes

1. Salary and hikes are low. 2. Poor employee welfare activities, once a year they take you out for team lunch. If you missed then nothing, no gifts, abs nothing, saving so much money but gives back nothing.

Stability is good. Though in the ongoing global recession, many of my co-workers had to leave projects because of project ramp down and did not get any other projects. Instead of recruiting employees from bench in other projects they are hiring more from people outside.

Dislikes

Appraisal is bad. So joining with low salary does not help much in the long run, better to switch.

Long term projects but mainly support projects. Flexible work timings On time salary and some increment every year Scope to show case your skills

Every time you have search for the projects once your current project ramp down

They offer competitive salary package. That’s all.

There’s no job satisfaction or personal growth. Enough toxic people up there in the management. So don’t expect any support. It’s all about billing. Also you need to complete a ton of courses and most of them are irrelevant or obsolete, so it just eat your valuable time. Most of the time we have to spend our personal time to do all these since there will be project deadlines.
