No promotion, no salary increments in 2+4 years, managers/TL are use less, never gives Overtime salary as promised no leaves are approved more than 2 days in a month no matter how urgent it is. Also they talk to u as a salves and if u get an opportunity to work somewhere with higher salary they will file a legal action and ask u money

It's just the brand name. We don't get anything in the name of benefits

Poor salary. No appraisal. Exploitation of employees. Lot of red flags in the management and work culture. Too much favouritism, extreme micro management. No worklife balance. No upskilling or understanding people's potential or appreciation of efforts.

...ict deadlines, or occasional gaps in communication between teams and management. Additionally, compensation increments or career advancement may seem slower compared to certain competitors, which could be a concern for those seeking rapid growth.

You will love to work with the team. The process google is also very interesting to learn and make your career in digital marketing. We used to work in google office but now they moved it to cognizant office in tikri gurgaon.

Dislikes

The management is terrible, do not expect any compensation for good work and salary is terrible with very less increment, no promotion on papers however the KRA you will follow is always something you will regret that you are not paid off. SPE will do the work of SME and an SME will do the work of TL and will never receive the promotions for many years. OT, travel allowances and incentives and all kind of variable are never paid easily, have to fight for it a lot. My suggestion will always be that work for a year and leave. Cognizant is not what its used to be back in the days.
