They don’t have any project, There is no job security they hire so many employees for the project but there is no project for that preferred location and recruiters are not responding to calls and messages.

They hired a team of 100 people for a new project . The project didn't get approval amd they put the whole team on bench including team leads and SDM. As there are no projects available they asked us to put down the papers. There is no job security here.

Training is good and leaves and all they will give and TL is also good for me he support in all the way and supporters are also good

They won’t leave us to change the domain within 2 year, and night shift is terrible, salary is not good for night shift peaple also, they say only work work work….thats it for the work we do they will not provide that much benefits for us.

...ust hopeless.. no worklife balance.. You have to beg to management for leaves.. The pay is very less and the hike they give annually is peanuts.. You dont get promoted untill you are in good books of management. Overall not a good company to work with.
