Initially cognizant was good in all aspects. Promotion, salary, increments, work life . But now only work work without any benifits.

Dislikes

Work culture became bad after corona period. Working hours are more than 12 hrs. Constant work pressure.

Good company for salary, good work life balance, but it takes time for promotion

Take times for promotion, project project peoples varies ,but otherwise company is very good ,and very strict about shift time

Job Security Timely promotion (if performance is good)

You have work on Saturday (alternative) No holidays ( management will tell you company will provide one day salary but you have to work compulsory. No work life balance

The company is terrible in rewards and compensation . You work more but you get paid less than that, no work life balance

No work life balance, poorly paid for your work, no appreciation and recognition

As working here is quite good when your manager is cooperative. Though In previous two years work and manager both was good no complaints for them and i worked from home till now and everyone was cool.

Dislikes

Now during current project my so called manager is psycho. Here in cognizant manager also do coding but he is like only I have to do everything and he just wants credit for it. Even to other squads he is like only he is doing work. He oftenly insulted me and two other team mates. I talked with my home manager but no benefit. Only you have to suffer in that scenario.
