every year your period for getting hike increased . Jan to Dec Salary hike you will get in Sep or even Oct ( like this year ) . You will have to wait for years to get promotion or hike or even good rating and this is Irrespective of how hard work you are putting in.

Worst company ever worked with. Unless you become part of local lobbing , group no one from leadership will start looking at you . you will end up spending years in the company with no stable projects , on site opportunity , no growth opportunity etc....
