You'll go school everyday and work for 10hr but your salary will credited for 9hr, high level of micromanagement, you are notified supposed to take leave irrespective of any scenario (Parental leave or even your own family died) they'll convince you to take leave for 2-5days only. Everyday there will be special warning session with management for 1 hrs with whole floor (e.g, if you are not meeting up the target you'll be sacked, etc etc)

Benefits and salary is good. But if you are fresher then you will not get the salary as good for living

First they hire with wrong information and ones you get hired then they will let you know in which process they are dealing with. Second thing the notice period they will ask to serve 3 month of notice period.

Work culture is excellent. Mixed culture makes it really good work environment. Free hand in New Projects for getting new profile.

Salary as per industry standards is less, Increment as per previous followups has not been great. But favouritism plays it's part.

Dont destroy your career. CEO is one of the fool In the upper management There are those people who could get any job outside the cognizant. This is the one of the worst company their standard is like a lala company. Please focused on market demand profile do go here.

I have been provided with chances to grow, I am lucky enough to get good, supportive, collaborative supervisors. The learning and education system here is much diversified and appreciable.

Dislikes

Definitely the perks they provide, the salary structure for LS associates is uneven and much lower than market standards. There was a issue with timing of appraisal, which was fixed, even for that a poor appraisal was provided.
