Job security depends on situations. Few of my friends were in bench for more than 6 months, happily receiving salary without joining any project. While one of my friend was dismissed from cognizant because of not reporting to office during bench time. It all depends on the lead., my last project lead is a good man but a bad lead, he is new to cognizant as well. He doesn't even hear your suggestions and made me lose 3 months of night shift allowances worth 18,000

...o work from home, you may be forced to work from office all 5 days in a week. Package - less package for more work.

Learning portals are good. You can skill up yourself in niche skills. Salary is competitive.

Dislikes

Work culture is terrible. Too much of micromanagement and bossy behaviour shown by seniors. Calls are not scheduled and goes for 2+ hours sometimes which is a waste of time and energy.

... because they onboarding many people. So they terminate easily for silly reason. Pay is not good . 10 hrs working hours in this company. My team pressurized me to complete my work. I'm drepressed and I got some health issues too .

Team outing and something their appreciation are good apart from that everything are not that much satisfied

Everything other than i mentioned above are very bad like salary work time their approach are really very bad.. most importantly girls don't look for this work..
