Simple and awesome, we get billing on projects for longer time due to which we get good visibility for our work. People are very helpful, good work-life balance except for critical project deadlines.

Dislikes

Salary and perks are very less in the market, IT Support services could’ve been better. We’ve to go through a process of raising tickets even to get simple hardware replacement. Apart from these I don’t find any negatives.

Work life balance were awesome, and it is really based on the project that we get allocated.

...I got recognized. But who were not recognized were in same position for 5 years. Joining as programmer analyst or lateral can get more salary and variable pay.

Good company. Appreciates with yearly bonus in the month of March based on your contribution in the project. Sometimes there is project specific bonus and it depends on the project and once an year Moderate Hikes

Despite the fact that cognizant is not directly involved, the management team is the worst because I had a bad rating once and spoke with my HR about it. She said that it was illogical to claim to be able to speak Hindi, and they do not care about employees. While some employees are excellent, favoritism is a non-issue in the Kolkata office. I will not receive any better senior support that would help me start from scratch.

...a result, you will be highly appreciated with a very bad rating and feedback. 5. salary is very low and there is no hike or promotion if you are not favourite candidate of your manager

For me not giving salary hike as per my payable work for last 3 years but it depends on projects to projects and manager's not a company issue.
