Salary compensation for BSc graduates is very low even after completing probabtion period they are not paying well it takes two years to get salary of a engineer graduate who gets at his first month.

The salary range between engineering based and arts based employee was very huge. For eg, an art bg trainee will receive 14k but engineering bg trainee will receive 26k. They both will be provided with the same training, will do the exact same work. But the salary range will be differ. Even the increment process also the same, arts bg will receive only 2k after a yr as an increment but for engineering near 10k.

...re are good enough.career growth is based on our working and learning knowledge. If joining as fresher then the salary growth will be average compared to other company.

Appraisal is not based on working and improvising it is based on how we are helping and managing our managers and higher authorities.Not everyone will get the opportunities to work good over here.Our work and life balance is not as much good and cant manage too in some situtation.

Learning skills are good, they have provided lot of courses so that we can learn new skills and upgrade ourselves.

Salary, hike is also not much. being a programmer I am working same as my colleagues who are PA but I am getting paid very less compared to them.
