But if you give more importance to mental health than salary don't join this company. You are literally a slave of the client and no body will speak for you.. and if your too lucky to get a client like Novartis(pharmaceutical company) and especially get into celonis tool project then you can say bye bye to your mental health and just hug the salary you get and stay. Working hard is not the issue but the politics they play and the slavery you guys will experience is more than what was done in the colonization period. Hope everyone understands my mental health state currently and would deeply analyze before joining cognizant or Novartis.

Provides good work environment to grow as a consultant. Leadership team is quite nurturing and will show you the right path at every step so that you evolve and learn more. initially you are required to be working across multiple domains and roles as Data and Business Analyst and in the next couple of years you will bemade part of core consulting engagements depending on your skillset.

The culture and work life balance they foster is worth appreciating and the people/colleagues I have come across in Cognizant, are all wonderful.

Salary and compensation is very average, and I am not satisfied with the increment I am getting, which is an important factor for every employee.

... to recommend about Cognizant. The work culture is transparent and meritocratic. Compensation and benefits are above industry average. It is a fairly flat organization where one can make multiple lateral movements as long as one showcases aptitude for work. You will be challenged and rewarded.

Dislikes

One wishes that Life sciences in Cognizant develops in house AI/ML and other advanced technology based proprietary solutions. Lack of investments hampers expansion.
