There are lot of opportunities to grow if you would like to go for overseas assignment. work life balance is also better in offshore and onshore.

Dislikes

...the job security is worst .This attitude they started from last couple of years. if you are in bench HR would call you and they will tell we will give you so and so package and literally they are forcing to resign.

Good salary hike and overall had a good career growth. In any organization it depends on the set of people you are working with. If your team and management is good then things will fall in place and you will have a good work life balance and career growth.

... assume there will be no promotion and salary hike for another 5 years, atleast. The CTC you will get includes variable pay, which you will never ever get 100%. As an example if your CTC is 10 lakhs which includes 3 lakhs variable pay, you can safely assume your CTC is actually 9 lakhs. For senior folks, more bad news; CTC includes stocks which is going down exponentially. So if your CTC is 40 lakhs that includes 10 lakhs worth of stocks and the variable pay (as mentioned above), then your CTC is actually around 30 lakhs, but you will end up paying tax for 40 lakhs. Be very careful.

Not a right place to work, Developers credits taken care by all the top level manager, Not recognized the team members. Promotions are getting only top level people that too people management guys.

Dislikes

there is no growth for the technical person. No salary hike, No promotion, too much of politics.
