Zero job security. One day HR will told you come and give your resignation. We don't have project. And cognizant silently more 4000+ employee layoffs. Due bad management.

This is the first company of my career where i started my first job iam so happy to woork with the company like cognizant the work culture and the process experience has made me a better person where i gained new skills and increased my knowledge, so i just love cognizant

To be honest everything is very perfect like work process and the culture. and if i dislike something here is the compensation is not what we expect and the growth is slow.

Internal politics, Never trust your manager. He or she can lie even after documenting it on email. Skip level will say, we have to follow policies. no one is trust worthy here.

Everything here is very systematic. For any kind of issue, you can raise a gsd and it would get resolved within 3 days. The process is well maintained.

Dislikes

Compensations are not at all satisfactory. Promotion and incentives are really disappointing.
