Decent employee benefits and perks: Yearly recognitions and quarterly employee engagement budgets. Approachable leadership and friendly people around. Hybrid work mode.

Demanding work hours based on your role. Fast paced environment. You might find it overwhelming often times about the work (entirely based on your level and role ). The health insurance policy is basic as it will not covers only the employee and his family not mother and father.
