...nt to state that please don't join this organization if you want peaceful exit. They are going to do bond and if you are going to leave early then they are not going to pay anything for the notice period time. I even paid 1 lakh extra to smooth reliving. They are threaten us for ruining our career by doing wrong review in your background verification. I was feeling devastated.

Travel fair issue. Strict timing. First-Third-Fifth Saturday working. Strict rules. Painful HR policies. Deductions on timing. No value of juniors. Unnecessary work pressure. Partiality between Old & New employees. No team hierarchy structure. Lot of restriction on junior employees like primary school. Poor work culture. No work form Home policy, No C-Off policy, No rewards policy. Employees says it is totally lala type company (Family Owned Business). No ventilation. Old/Second hand furniture&fixture. No proper cleaning. Less holidays. Less CL, No sick leave.

Forth, they will find different ways to deduct your salary, no sick leave, no proper traveling allowences Fifth, no HR policies In short, this is a totally a Lala company, better to wait for other companies reather than joining this one, you will start regretting your decision from day one, but you will be bound with one lack bond amount

This is a dirty spot in IT companies, here company's owner do scam takes documents of employees and blackmail employees and take illegal bond money, even you start training in this company without any stipend,they also got money from you, Vijay HR is pet dog of company's owner
