I want to state that please don't join this organization if you want peaceful exit. They are going to do bond and if you are going to leave early then they are not going to pay anything for the notice period time. I even paid 1 lakh extra to smooth reliving. They are threaten us for ruining our career by doing wrong review in your background verification. I was feeling devastated.

To be very honest, if you are a fresher go for it, coz you will learn a lot, but If you are experienced, don't even though for a single time to join this organisation. First of all, they will take your original documents and bond you for 2 years. The bond break money would be 1lacks. Second thing, there is no working culture. Thirdly, infrastructure is one of the worst for an IT company standard.
